Adi Ben Tov
Associate director of policy, The Good Food Institute Israel
Adi is GFI Israel’s associate director of policy, working to develop and implement strategic policy initiatives, advocating regulatory frameworks, and collaborating with government agencies to help shape policy decisions that foster the growth and sustainability of the alternative protein industry.
Previously, Adi was an adviser to the general director at the Israeli Ministry of Education, an economist at the Ministry of Finance, and a Parliamentary adviser at the Knesset.Adi holds an MPA in public administration and management from the University College of London (UCL) and a BA in economics and political science from Ben Gurion University.
